Bonding - Equal to Any Challenge
The Benda-Lutz bonding process is known worldwide as the best and most reliable
method for the production of high quality and perfectly processable metallic powder
coatings. This process, which is continually being further developed, guarantees users
problem-free processability even with extremely challenging color tones and
designs.
This is, naturally, only possible due to our close and open collaboration with
all of the well known manufacturers which put their trust in Benda-Lutz. The bonding
process can be explained by means of a simple illustration. The fine metal pigments
are bonded with the coarser powder coating particles (see picture). With this
proven principle, properties are achieved which are otherwise only known in conventional
powder coatings.
Therefore, you can confidently depend on the best bonding process and also the most experienced
team: Benda-Lutz.
Blitz® ID-Metallic
(at the moment only in Europe available)
Sometimes, a highly developed product can exceed the demands in standard areas. ID-Metallics are a
lower cost alternative to Blitz® Bonding suitable for these standard areas.
Our staff are happy to advise you on which process is tailor-made for your requirement.
Therefore, even for standard applications, trust the top-end service and the know-how of
Benda-Lutz.
